Production Personnel

The core of Hammers & Pliers are production workers. Without them, no structure would rise from the ground. Our experienced team consists of employees of various specialties: steel fixers, carpenters, concrete workers, but also licensed operators of cranes, Manitou forklifts, excavators, and lifts. Our ranks also include qualified welders and specialists trained and certified to work on operated railway lines.
Our employees constantly expand their qualifications by participating in training and have all the certificates and licenses required to work on the Danish market. They are familiar with local construction technologies and work methods.
We make sure that our employees have all training, certificates and licenses required in Denmark. Thanks to the experience gained in the Danish market, our employees are proficient in local construction technologies, types of construction works, construction chemicals and Health & Safety rules.

Engineers and foremen

Engineers and foremen are crucial to success of each project we embark on. It is them who ensure that our work runs smoothly, and projects complete according to agreed schedules. They lead, schedule, control, and supervise site work and monitor the advancement of the project.

Our engineers are responsible for ensuring that work satisfies the highest quality standards, and that deadlines and milestones are met. They coordinate material deliveries, verify orders, analyse technical documentation, and compile reports.

At Hammers & Pliers, our engineers wear multiple hats. Whenever needed, they can smoothly step into the role of foremen. They take matters into their own hands because they know best what construction craft is about. Their experience pays off. Not only do they work from behind a desk or tablet, but also lead the work of other teams by assigning tasks to the respective people.

Occupational Health and Safety Specialists

The safety of our workforce is our top priority. Each of our employed professionals expects a comfortable and safe working environment.

Occupational Health and Safety Officers consistently monitor adherence to rules and regulations, promptly and firmly addressing any attempts to violate or engage in improper conduct. Their role is pivotal in ensuring that every process on the construction site is executed strictly according to the guidelines.
